What is the Dunedin Difference? And why have we called our website and passport this?

We started investigating and researching what made Dunedin distinctive. For every Ying there was a Yang. We are a City of contradictions, these contradictions are the essence of Dunedin and this is what makes us different to other cities in New Zealand. It is these differences that makes Dunedin a vibrant and intriguing City for visitors to come to. The differences were the inspiration to call the passport and website The Dunedin Difference.
