Dunedin's newest attraction! The Dunedin Chinese Garden was built by the Dunedin Chinese Garden Trust to create a permanent reminder of Dunedin's Chinese heritage, and gifted to Dunedin after its completion.

All elements were pre-fabricated in Shanghai using only authentic materials, which were then shipped to Dunedin and rebuilt to create this beautiful, tranquil and unique garden.
